Linda J. Pugsley is a Lt. Col. in the United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol (CAP) March 2003 to present. A Former Vietnam Veteran Flight Nurse, she flew C-141 Air Evac March 1967 to February 1978 with two tours in Vietnam. She was also a college nursing instructor and elementary/middle school teacher. In addition to her position with CAP, she is a full-time Associate Pastor of a small neighborhood church and Volunteer Chaplain for the Air Force (CAP). Pastor Ted affectionately calls her "Lt. Col.
